Jessica Pardo, ALMFT
Mental Health Counselor/Divorce Mediator (Geneva office or telehealth)
Hello, I'm Jessica Pardo, and I'm here to support you on your journey. Life can sometimes present us with challenges that feel overwhelming, and seeking guidance is a courageous step toward healing and growth. As a Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT) I concentrate on guiding individuals, couples, and families through life's complexities with empathy, expertise, and unwavering support.
I also bring a unique blend of legal expertise and therapeutic insight to the table. Holding a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (ALMFT), along with my qualifications as a practicing domestic relations attorney, my journey includes graduation from both John Marshall Law School and the Northwestern Divorce Mediation Program in 2017. Navigating through life's challenges, especially in relationships, romantic or familial, is no small feat, and that's where I come in. I've dedicated my focus primarily to couples and family work, creating a space where relationships are mended and strengthened.

At the heart of my approach lie two powerful therapeutic interventions: Structural Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). With these tools, I aim to reshape relationship dynamics and address the emotional bonds we share with our loved ones, helping families, couples, and individuals find harmony and connection.

While my passion lies in supporting couples and families, I understand the individual journey and well-being is fundamental. That's why I'm also deeply committed to providing one-on-one counseling, ensuring that every person feels heard, understood, and empowered.

In our collaboration, you're not just seeking therapy but unlocking your potential for transformative growth. My approach, rooted in the principles of Structural Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, is tailored to amplify your inherent strengths. We'll journey towards empowerment, healing, and the realization of your aspirations, whether individually, with a partner, or as a family.
